How To Train Your Dragon Movie Trailer
Dreamworks has released a new full-length movie trailer of How To Train Your Dragon, here it is:
Just one thing that bugs me a bit though: the dragon looks rather like a cat, I suspect here some influence from the Japanese manga... Anyway Hiccup's dragon still looks damn cool! And I wish I had a giant pet like that!
Dreamworks will release the movie How To Train Your Dragon in March 2010.

How to Train your Dragon Trailer
Dreamworks is working on the movie adaptation of How To Train Your Dragon, the book by Cressida Cowell. The story revolves around a young viking who befirends a dragon. The movie How to train your dragon will hit theaters on March 26, 2010.
Here below the first trailer of How To Train Your Dragon:
Plot:
"From the studio that brought you Shrek, Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda comes How to Train Your Dragon—a comedy adventure set in the mythical world of burly Vikings and wild dragons, based on the book by Cressida Cowell. The story centers around a scrawny Viking teenager named Hiccup (Jay Baruchel), who lives on the island of Berk, where fighting dragons is a way of life. The teen’s smarts and offbeat sense of humor don’t sit too well with his tribe or its chief…who just happens to be Hiccup’s father. However, when Hiccup is included in Dragon Training with the other Viking teens, he sees his chance to prove he has what it takes to be a fighter. But when he encounters (and ultimately befriends) an injured dragon, his world is flipped upside down, and what started out as Hiccup’s one shot to prove himself turns into an opportunity to set a new course for the future of the entire tribe."
Judging from the premise, there is a lot of potential in this story: an epic story that both kids and grown up may enjoy.
I hope Dreamworks will follow the same recipe as they did for Kung Fu Panda: great characters and gorgeous animation based on a solid plot. If Dreamworks pull things right the movie How To Train Your Dragon will be a hit!
